We know pricing can be complicated when it comes to building integrations. At Braided, we keep pricing easy for you to understand. Our pricing is made up of two components; a platform fee and a recurring subscription fee.

The platform fee is a one time fee that includes all implementation costs, and resources during the field mapping process, guidance through production testing, and go-live.

The recurring subscription fee includes all maintenance and support costs of keeping our platform, where your integrations will run, up and running. This covers the underlying server costs, and also the monitoring and alerting technology that provide insights to failures either in the integration or a system like Kipu or Salesforce. This allows us to troubleshoot, removing the burden from your team and minimizing downtime or loss of value. Also, included are updates for the life of the integration. As new fields become available, we add them to the integration at no additional cost.

Braided is a managed service which provides workflow automation. Although we have proprietary software, this is fully managed internally. As a client of Braided you gain the full benefits of automation without the headache of utilizing a product on your own.
